Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand the needs of small business owners and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or software sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications in small business settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales or business development.
  • Proven success in new business acquisition and account management.
  • Experience in up-selling software solutions and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
