Responsibilities:

* Provide quality service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
* Perform various administrative tasks, such as preparing holds on deposits and completing forms as necessary.

Requirements:

* High school graduate or equivalent.
* Minimum of 24 months prior bank teller experience or other related cash handling experience.
* Full knowledge of personal and business banking products offered, with a willingness to stay updated on any changes.
* Basic knowledge of all banking regulations applicable to the job function and of all bank policies and procedures.
* Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (if branch is open on weekends).
