Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete necessary daily financial documentation and ensure timely submission.
  • Oversee, mentor, train, and manage hourly staff.
  • Monitor cash handling and inventory management during shifts.
  • Maintain accurate business records and review cashier accountability.
  • Handle banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Implement cash management protocols, including deposits and change orders.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the store.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the store, adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage fuel levels and coordinate fuel deliveries.
  • Engage actively in promotional initiatives set by the company.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as outlined by company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in counting, reading, and writing.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license necessary.
  • Capability to work in varying temperatures.
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
