Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Charles Clark Chevrolet.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing regular progress updates, and scheduling appointments as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and provide a positive first impression
  • Listen to customers' needs and concerns, and respond accordingly
  • Schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Past experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Bi-lingual
  • A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Salary and Benefits:

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
