Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will provide top-notch customer service as a Customer Care Specialist at Texas Regional Bank. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their calls and building strong relationships with them. Your primary goal will be to process customer requests efficiently, resolve complaints in a timely manner, and provide accurate information about banking products and services.

As a key member of our team, you will meet performance objectives while maintaining current knowledge of bank policies and products. You will also cross-sell bank products and services to customers, ensuring that they have access to all the benefits we offer. Additionally, you will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues professionally. Lastly, you will comply with federal and state regulations and bank policies, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements:

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience or financial institution experience preferred. You should possess basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. Furthermore, you must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain a flexible schedule. Bilingual in English and Spanish is an added advantage, but not required. Lastly, physical presence at the bank is necessary for this role.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring a regular 40-hour workweek. You will be working primarily in a call center environment, interacting with customers via phone and other communication channels.
