About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in nursing leadership and workforce management. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, managing budgets, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

The Clinical Workforce Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing workforce, including staffing, scheduling, and payroll activities. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of associates in the workforce operations department.
  • Analyze staffing patterns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce contract labor utilization and expenses.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess staff competencies and develop education programs.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the workforce operations department.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-4 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
  • Basic knowledge of staffing principles, productivity, HR, and similar or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.
