Open Arms Housing, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing permanent homes and ongoing support for women who have experienced chronic homelessness.
We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of helping women achieve stability and independence.
About the JobThe Clinical Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing clinical operations, supervising Case Managers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Case Managers, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
- Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of our clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical operations.

Requirements:- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the District of Columbia.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with marginalized adult women, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- An annual salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, based on experience.
