Responsibilities include reviewing semi-monthly timesheet and absence records for completeness and accuracy, assisting non-exempt employees and managers with time-entry inquiries, calculating and processing off-cycle payments, and providing customer service to employees on payroll-related inquiries.
As a key member of our global payroll team, you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders and business partners to drive cross-functional initiatives, while ensuring strong governance and compliance.
We're looking for a self-starter who is comfortable with challenging the status quo and is eager to learn and take on new challenges. If you have 4+ years of experience in payroll operations, operating at a multi-national company, and possess knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations, we'd love to hear from you.
