About the Opportunity

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Expense Report Processing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our expense reporting process.

Responsibilities
  • Process and approve expense reports in Unanet, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Complete data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with system conversion projects, reviewing old information in Solomon and inputting it into Sage Intacct.
  • Set up employees', users, and vendors in Sage, utilizing your technical skills to ensure seamless integration.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by management, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
  • Previous high-volume expense report processing experience is essential, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • A high school diploma is required, with some college experience or recent graduates welcome.
  • Previous Unanet experience is preferred, as is Microsoft SL and/or Sage Intacct experience.
  • CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce, ADP, or similar systems, is a plus.
  • Non-profit experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with experience using VLOOKUP's a definite advantage.
