Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting/exceeding financial goals. Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Communicate effectively with staff, assign tasks, and observe performance to encourage improvement.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, use a positive tone, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Registration and Check-In: Complete the registration process efficiently, input information into the computer system, and promote hotel marketing programs.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Handle cash, make change, and balance the house bank, as well as verify and imprint credit cards for authorization.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Answer phones, input messages, and communicate with guests, while remaining calm and alert during emergency situations.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality service.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year of customer service experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
  • Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and ability to access and input information using a computer system.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and perform behind the front desk, as well as observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
