Job Summary

As a Front Desk Supervisor at HEI Hotels & Resorts, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and quality operations in the Front Office. You will assist the Front Office Manager in managing daily operations, achieving customer satisfaction, and meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Ensure compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to achieve financial goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
