Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires a strong supervisory background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that all guests are checked in and out efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and adhering to hotel standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest services.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or other hotel management.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in customer service and supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and other hotel departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
