  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster teamwork and trust.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, analyzing recruitment sources for optimal outcomes.
  • Assist in the ongoing management of the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Promote a collaborative environment among locations to enhance caregiver utilization.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment, job offers, and onboarding procedures.
  • Analyze data to identify sourcing trends and recommend enhancements for workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, contributing insights and suggestions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated urgency in communication with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to apply logical and creative problem-solving skills to meet hiring needs.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel may be necessary.
