- Utilize various online platforms to attract and source candidates effectively.
- Meet established goals and metrics related to candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster teamwork and trust.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, analyzing recruitment sources for optimal outcomes.
- Assist in the ongoing management of the Applicant Tracking System.
- Promote a collaborative environment among locations to enhance caregiver utilization.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives to streamline recruitment, job offers, and onboarding procedures.
- Analyze data to identify sourcing trends and recommend enhancements for workflow efficiency.
- Participate in departmental meetings, contributing insights and suggestions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated urgency in communication with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Ability to apply logical and creative problem-solving skills to meet hiring needs.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel may be necessary.
