Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Governance and Control Specialist to join our team at TD Bank Group. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of business governance and control principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialized business governance and control guidance and support to management and leadership teams. This will include implementing policies and processes to meet business governance and control objectives, as well as providing complex reporting, analysis, testing, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business governance and control principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting governance and control activities in areas such as regulatory compliance management, change governance, risk inventory, and process, risk, and control assessments is beneficial. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, strong organizational skills, quality assurance, and ability to partner with stakeholders are also preferred skills.
