We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Contracts Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Co-op Contracts Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Contracts and Business Management organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support electronic organization and clean up of contracts and related documents
- Provide Contracts Administration support to a small Customer or program
- Support file maintenance improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct Purchase Order and Contract compliance reviews
- Develop and maintain tools using Microsoft applications to streamline contracts processes
- Work on special projects for the EACS Contracts team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Gain exposure to Customer contract support and the Contracts Lifecycle
- Develop leadership skills through small project management
- High School Diploma or equivalent and pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role
