About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Contracts Specialist to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Co-op Contracts Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Contracts and Business Management organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support electronic organization and clean up of contracts and related documents
  • Provide Contracts Administration support to a small Customer or program
  • Support file maintenance improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct Purchase Order and Contract compliance reviews
  • Develop and maintain tools using Microsoft applications to streamline contracts processes
  • Work on special projects for the EACS Contracts team
What You Will Learn
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Gain exposure to Customer contract support and the Contracts Lifecycle
  • Develop leadership skills through small project management
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
  • U.S. citizenship is required for this role
