We are seeking a dedicated Individual Support Specialist to work with students in a secondary special education setting. This role is crucial in providing tailored support to students with emotional disabilities, focusing on enhancing their behavioral, social, and academic skills.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position, requiring 8 hours of service each day.
Compensation:
New hires will receive a starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with a salary range for current employees between $22.00 and $26.29 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction to students with emotional disabilities.
- Support the development of essential behavioral and social skills.
- Assist in academic skill-building activities.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodations.
Qualifications:
