Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring they receive a high-quality education that prepares them for success.
  • Monitor and support students' academic and personal growth, providing individualized attention and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters social-emotional development and academic achievement.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our students.
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education, applying this knowledge to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid Colorado Department of Education teaching license, with the ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes.
  • Commitment to racial and educational excellence, with a passion for dismantling systems of oppression and promoting equity in our community.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
