Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at High Road Partners Inc. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
