We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Student House Manager to provide front of house support for audiences attending events at our five state-of-the-art performance venues.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare public spaces for audience arrival and train ushers to greet patrons, distribute programs, and scan tickets.
- Coordinate with stage managers and box office staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Control unauthorized access, facilitate latecomer seating, and enforce theatre policies.
- Provide group event setup assistance as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and remain responsive under pressure.
- Must be a degree-seeking student enrolled on at least a half-time basis.
- Must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
- E-Verify notice: new hires must complete an I-9 form and present documentation of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
