Job Description: At Northeast Private Client Group LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Graphic Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's vision and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging visuals that support our commercial real estate transactions, including Offering Memos, Proposals, and Marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative graphics, layouts, and fonts that meet our brand's standards.
  2. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure all creative materials align with our overall strategy.
  3. Review and edit graphics, layouts, and fonts before finalizing designs.
  4. Use editing software to finalize standard aspects of designs, ensuring consistency across all materials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiar with web design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles.
