Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain quality services and meet Lifespace Communities' standards and expectations.
  • Attract, recruit, hire, develop, and retain key leadership and management teams throughout the community.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, resident family members, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Lifespace Senior Leadership to report on operational issues, trends, and resolutions.
  • Design and implement programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, workers' compensation, and risk avoidance regulations.
  • Work with the sales team to meet budgeted monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Prepare the community's annual operating budget and manage programs to ensure budgetary targets are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, gerontology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience as an executive director or administrator in a continuing care retirement community or long-term care senior living environment.
