Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, identifying top talent, and negotiating job offers. You'll work closely with our team of mentors to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have the opportunity to earn a promotion to Account Manager.

Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you'll work directly with hiring managers at Fortune 1,000 companies, researching and targeting organizations in need of staffing services. You'll make initial connections through networking and cold calls, and you'll become a valuable business consultant, building long-term relationships with your clients.

Professional Recruiter

Our Professional Recruiters are experts in their craft, focused on job seekers and our consultants. They identify top talent, pair candidates with the perfect job, and continue to work closely with each consultant to guarantee a world-class experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Insight Global offers a competitive base salary ranging from $35,600- $64,000 annually, dependent on office location, and a $5,000 signing bonus in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan). Upon promotion, Account Managers receive a base salary increase, up to $6,600 annually in cell allowance and commission supplement, as well as uncapped commission paid weekly.
