Front Office Coordinator

At Weeks & Irvine LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our reception area, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors to the appropriate person or office, and provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
- Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Office Security: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A professional attitude and appearance.
