About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Food and Nutrition Operations to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and nutrition programs, including patient meal services and retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality food services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, including comfortable communication in c-suite settings.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory, and standards requirements.
  • Collaborate with patients, their families, and clinical teams to ensure patient satisfaction and create a positive environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure Sodexo standards are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of basic management experience.
  • 5 years of basic functional experience.
