Job Description

Kodiak Collaborations is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in the growth and development of our marketing campaigns, working closely with our Executive Marketing Manager to drive sales and increase brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns, including market research, campaign strategy, and execution.
  • Contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts, including lead generation and client development.
  • Manage the needs of external customers, including problem-solving and making professional judgments on customer qualifications.
  • Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with team members and senior staff.
  • Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns, including event planning and execution.
  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing, including brand ambassador management.
  • Strategize, execute, and manage the Brand Ambassador teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Interact and communicate with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Problem-solve and make professional judgments on customer qualifications, ensuring accurate and timely decision-making.
  • Conduct lead generation and maintain and develop a client base for our clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Aid marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with specific projects related to each client, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work full-time hours and some weekends, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments and team projects.
  • Desire to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year for further training and professional development.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
  • 2 or 4-year college degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications.
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, and problem solver, with a passion for marketing and sales.
