Position Overview:
The starting pay for this role is set at $17.50/hour, reflecting the qualifications and relevant experience that exceed the minimum requirements.

Work Schedule:
This is a flexible position averaging 20-29 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities:
As a member of the Support Services team, you will be responsible for general upkeep at the estate's Reception & Ticket Center. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Performing custodial and janitorial tasks.
  • Conducting general maintenance activities.
  • Stocking supplies and ensuring cleanliness in public areas and parking lots.

Additionally, you will provide essential support to the department and contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for all guests visiting the estate.


Qualifications:
1. A high school diploma is required; further education, training, or certifications are preferred.
2. A minimum of two years of maintenance experience is necessary, with three years preferred. Experience in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is essential.
3. A strong commitment to providing outstanding service to both internal and external guests.
4. Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations.
6. Ability to follow directions and execute tasks independently or as part of a team.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and engaging with guests appropriately.

Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs and ladders.
2. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions for prolonged periods.
3. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
4. Proficient in operating various tools and equipment.
5. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past two years are required.
6. May encounter dirt, dust, and other particulates during work.

Key Duties:
1. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, public areas, offices, breakrooms, and parking facilities.
2. Conduct general maintenance and repair tasks, including light carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
3. Manage inventory levels by stocking supplies as needed.
4. Perform minor tasks such as changing light bulbs and filters.
5. Engage with guests, providing information and assistance as required.
6. Ensure that parking areas and exteriors are kept clean and well-maintained according to estate standards.
