Additionally, you will support the maintenance of hot tubs and ensure the cleanliness of our facility's exteriors. Compensation:$16 - $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Apply pesticides for weed management as needed
- Assist the crew with landscape design, installation, construction, and ongoing maintenance
- Perform lawn care and groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, weeding, raking, fertilizing, mulching, and pruning
- Manage hot tub water changes and maintain appropriate chemical levels
- Conduct regular pressure washing and upkeep of common areas
- Experience with hand tools and maintenance equipment such as blowers, chainsaws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers
- Strong physical stamina and overall health
- Demonstrated work ethic and keen attention to detail
- Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license or reliable transportation
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping for residential or commercial properties
