Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Maintenance Technician to join our team at Quality Janitorial Group. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall floor maintenance of our facilities, including hard surface and carpeted areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine floor maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, and extraction of floors.
  • Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including buffers, extractors, and scrubbers.
  • Handle and store floor care chemicals and cleaning supplies in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Respond to and resolve floor maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in floor care and maintenance.
