Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of commercial and integrated marketing strategies for a new product line. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver annual revenue, margin, and awareness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Coordinate Go-to-Market Plans: Define and cross-functionally coordinate go-to-market plans from the top to bottom of the marketing funnel, while also monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for optimization to ensure budget delivery.
  • Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define brand positioning, messaging strategy, and oversee creative development of advertising, communications, and commercial assets to support the new product line launch.
  • Launch and Quarterly Briefs: Support the development of launch and quarterly briefs to cross-functional teams that define business priorities and executional plans for the brand.
  • Performance Measurement: Work cross-functionally to measure the impact of paid, owned, and earned activation on sales, applying learnings for future brand planning briefs.
  • Line Review and Retailer Sell-in: Support the development of line review material for the purposes of retailer sell-in of new products and expansion opportunities that unlock growth for the business.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Become a subject matter expert on the brand, consumer, and portfolio to help inform day-to-day decisions on the business.
  • Market Analysis: Collaborate cross-functionally to routinely evaluate the performance of products in market to refine plans, SKU strategy, and maximize growth opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or similar focus
  • 5+ years of experience in CPG Brand Management
  • Experience leading agencies and a creative process – ideally for a product launch
  • Experience pulling, analyzing, and visualizing Nielsen and/or IRI data
  • Strong business acumen with an in-depth understanding of the many variables that contribute to sustainably growing a brand and business
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • In touch with cultural trends and emerging media formats
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Business Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, can operate autonomously, but also collaboratively as part of a team
