Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and visual identity, driving engagement, and increasing our reach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Executing Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement marketing strategies to promote our company across various channels, including social media, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Designing and Distributing Promotional Materials: Design and distribute eye-catching flyers and other promotional materials that showcase our brand's unique value proposition.
  • Monitoring and Analyzing Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing to ensure our brand remains competitive.
  • Managing Social Media Accounts: Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Working with External Vendors: Work with external vendors and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience in Marketing: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Creative Mindset: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
