Position Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role:

Waahe Capital is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator with expertise in Inventory Management to enhance our Operations team. This position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a self-directed environment. We are in search of a detail-oriented professional who excels in organization, can navigate complex systems, and possesses strong communication, mathematical, and analytical abilities, along with relevant software proficiency.

Successful candidates will have several years of experience in inventory oversight, outstanding time-management capabilities, and a solid understanding of organizational strategies. Ideal applicants will also be willing to work additional hours when necessary and have a proven track record of fostering effective working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize inventory management software to ensure precise inventory records are maintained.
  • Support the processes of shipping, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies, as well as managing sales and purchasing orders.
  • Conduct inventory audits to identify damages and ensure compliance with purchase order specifications; promptly inform supervisors of any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Assist the Project Manager in compiling reports, gathering documentation, and coordinating with maintenance and construction personnel as required.
  • Engage in internal reporting to monitor project timelines and hours worked.
  • Complete reports related to receiving, discrepancies, and inventory follow-ups.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment alongside technical staff.
  • Timely report any safety issues or hazards to management.
  • Propose and implement approved improvements for storage, inventory, and warehousing processes to enhance efficiency and optimize space utilization.
  • Manage Bill of Materials and Kitting materials according to a Work Order System; training will be provided.
  • Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy within the Inventory Management System.
  • Maintain precise files, documentation, data entry, and processing.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Understanding of inventory management and warehouse functions.
  • Experience with WMS and Barcode Scanners is preferred.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Dependable and adaptable, with a strong ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity for frequent use of hands and fingers.
  • Visual acuity for document preparation and inspection.
  • Trustworthy and possess integrity.

Work Schedule:

The standard work schedule will consist of 40 hours per week, with any overtime compensated according to applicable labor laws.

Experience:

  • Experience in warehouse processes and inventory management: 2 years (preferred).

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
