Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct regular safety walkouts with field employees and review safety checklists to ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain open communication and transparency
- Prospect, cold call, and canvass within assigned territory to manage current clients and develop new business
Requirements:
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and work collaboratively with field employees
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful
What We Offer:
- Annual salary of $75,000 with uncapped commission potential
