About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to join our Move Add Change (MAC) Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing MAC projects for our office and technology environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed plans for MAC projects, including timelines, resources, and personnel.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Facilities, HR) to understand requirements and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for necessary supplies and services.
  • Plan for the movement and setup of technology equipment, such as computers, phones, and networking devices.
  • Ensure all equipment, workstations, and employees are relocated or adjusted as per project specifications.
  • Arrange and oversee the setup of office spaces, including furniture, cabling, and IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor progress and address any issues during the execution phase.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project status and milestones.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for MAC projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all MAC activities, including floor plans, asset inventories, and employee allocations.
  • Create post-move reports and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement in future projects.
