Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of personal computer operating system images, virtual desktops, and other application delivery platforms.
  • Coordinate with and manage team to work with the appropriate Information Technology groups to ensure deployed systems and applications meet all firm user and client needs and requirements.
  • Act as an Analyst/Consultant and provide systems and applications integration advice and expertise as needed throughout the firm and the department.
  • Manage the design, development, testing, and implementation of login scripts, GPO settings, and software deployment packages.
  • Responsible for control and coordination of the release management process for the desktop.
  • Periodically audit desktops to help ensure software licensing compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with at least 3 Windows desktop operating system versions, application analysis, and Citrix published applications as well as support of at least 6 different desktop and laptop hardware devices.
  • Demonstrated competency in one (or more) scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VB script).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating systems, Citrix XenApps and XenDesktop, and industry standard application deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management application deployment technologies and Microsoft M365 and Office 365 stack.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Prior law firm experience.
  • Supervisory experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including technical and user documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and staff.
