Lee Fence and Outdoor, LLC stands as the leading provider of tailored fencing solutions. We specialize in custom offerings for both residential and commercial fencing, decking, and railing, proudly serving clients across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.
Position Responsibilities:
The Fence Installation Team Supervisor will be accountable for guiding a team responsible for the installation of fencing products, ensuring compliance with Lee Fence policies and relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing on-site training for team members.
- Planning, delegating, and overseeing work assignments.
- Conducting inspections to guarantee that workmanship meets established standards.
- Addressing any complaints and resolving issues that arise.
Additionally, the Supervisor will ensure a safe working environment and uphold all company safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the fencing industry, with a preference for commercial fencing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver's license is necessary.
- Candidates should be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
- Successful candidates must pass a drug test and physical examination as a condition of employment.
