Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the training and development of new customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
Perform shift supervision, ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently during your shift.
Complete all store merchandise build-to's, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs.
Receive and verify vendor deliveries, ensuring that all products are received in good condition and accurately inventoried.
Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

1+ year of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree or higher preferred
