Position Title: Luxury Client Consultant

Reports to: Store Director

OVERVIEW

The Luxury Client Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving or surpassing sales targets. Creating a remarkable client journey is fundamental to this position. This is achieved by fostering a welcoming, sophisticated, and elevated atmosphere for discerning clientele. Key elements include enthusiastic, polished, and knowledgeable consultants who understand the clientele, aesthetically pleasing displays, and a pristine, well-lit environment showcasing the finest selection of timepieces and jewelry tailored to the local market. A remarkable client experience also encompasses fully addressing the client’s needs concerning the servicing of new or existing timepieces.

It is essential for the Luxury Client Consultant to focus on nurturing a long-term relationship with clients built on trust, increasing the likelihood of future purchases. This involves strategic follow-ups, effectively utilizing the CRM system and tools, and managing escalated concerns with exceptional diplomatic skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering an Exceptional Client Experience

  • Foster a welcoming, sophisticated, and elevated atmosphere for discerning clients.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and a passion for luxury timepieces and jewelry.
  • Build rapport with clients by:
    • Greeting clients upon entry.
    • Listening attentively to client needs and asking insightful questions.
    • Demonstrating extensive product knowledge to educate clients and address their requirements.
    • Understanding available inventory within the store and, if necessary, at other locations.
    • Creating excitement around the products.
    • Ultimately earning the client’s trust.
  • Articulate the benefits of being a valued client and leverage available tools, such as CRM, the Watch Protection Plan, Trade-ins, and financing options to facilitate sales.
  • Collaborate with fellow consultants as needed to finalize sales.
  • Gather client information through the CRM system to foster ongoing relationships.
  • In the event of a sale, efficiently close and process the transaction:
    • Accurately process payments in accordance with policy, collaborating with the Operations Department as necessary.
    • Complete warranty documentation.
    • Coordinate with the Service Department for sizing, cleaning, and setting the timepiece.
    • If required, gift-wrap and prepare items for shipment.
    • Follow up with clients post-purchase.
  • Address client concerns with exceptional diplomatic skills, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure a positive client experience, which includes:
    • Guiding clients to the Service Department.
    • Assisting with repair orders as needed.
    • Helping clients retrieve repaired items.
Achieving Sales Objectives
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Clearly understand daily sales goals and their relation to weekly and monthly targets.
  • Maximize sales percentages relative to retail.
  • Focus on developing long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and purchases. Follow up with clients using the CRM system, including sending birthday and holiday greetings, informing them of new merchandise, and inviting them to special events.
  • Embrace constructive feedback from management to enhance sales performance.
  • Challenge oneself to become proficient in selling all brands of luxury timepieces and jewelry, maintaining a balanced sales approach across the entire product range.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhere strictly to all store security protocols.
  • Assist in setting up displays and window arrangements.
  • Respect fellow consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Comply with the company dress code policy.
  • Work with team members to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
  • Attendance and punctuality are critical components of performance.
  • Assist in opening or closing the store as required by the shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A strong passion for client engagement and sales.
  • Exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance with a positive demeanor.
  • Meet and exceed company-assigned goals and metrics.
EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Prior experience with watches and fine jewelry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Results-oriented and sales-driven.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to be hands-on and assist the team in operational and organizational tasks.
  • Adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus to cater to an international clientele.
SALARY RANGE: $20-$25.00 PLUS COMMISSION INCENTIVE.
