OVERVIEW

The Luxury Sales Consultant is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets. Creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for discerning clients is essential. This role involves knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultants who understand the clientele, maintain attractive displays, and ensure a clean and well-lit environment showcasing the finest selection of watches and jewelry. A key aspect of this position is to fully satisfy clients regarding the servicing of their watches.

Building a long-term relationship based on trust with clients is vital, encouraging them to consider future purchases. This includes strategic follow-ups, effective use of CRM tools, and adeptly handling any escalated issues with diplomacy.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure an outstanding client experience

  • Create a welcoming and sophisticated environment for clients.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and a passion for watches and jewelry.
  • Develop relationships with clients by:
    • Greeting clients upon entry.
    • Listening to their needs and asking insightful questions.
    • Demonstrating extensive product knowledge to educate clients.
    • Understanding store inventory and availability at other locations.
    • Generating excitement about products.
    • Ultimately earning the client's trust.
  • Communicate the benefits of being a Tourneau|Bucherer client and utilize available tools to facilitate sales.
  • Collaborate with fellow consultants as needed to finalize sales.
  • Gather client information through the CRM system to foster ongoing relationships.
  • Efficiently process sales transactions, including:
    • Accurate payment processing.
    • Completing warranty documentation.
    • Coordinating with the Service Department for watch adjustments.
    • Gift-wrapping and preparing items for shipment if necessary.
    • Following up with clients post-purchase.
  • Address client concerns with exceptional diplomatic skills, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure a seamless client experience, including:
    • Guiding clients to the Service Department.
    • Assisting with repair orders.
    • Helping clients retrieve repaired items.
Meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Consistently meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Understand daily sales goals and their relation to overall targets.
  • Maximize sales percentages to retail.
  • Focus on building long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
  • Incorporate constructive feedback from management to enhance sales performance.
  • Challenge oneself to sell a diverse range of watches and jewelry.
Other
  • Adhere to all store security protocols.
  • Assist in setting up displays and maintaining store aesthetics.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment with colleagues.
  • Comply with the company dress code.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and inviting at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Prior experience with watches and fine jewelry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and sales-driven.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues.
  • Adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus to serve a diverse clientele.
SALARY RANGE: $20-$25.00 PLUS COMMISSION INCENTIVE.
