Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid real estate license or be currently enrolled in real estate education. If you are NOT LICENSED, consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and utilize the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Prior experience as a Realtor or in a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong customer service focus and capability to build rapport.
  • Demonstrated history of successful sales and client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in utilizing real estate databases and software.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
