**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide support to our Administration Team, Area Director, and Equipment and Material Science group. The successful candidate will assist with preparing reports, meeting planning, and data management in our mytime and workflow systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and distribute routine reports to the Administration Team and Area Director.
  • Manage updates to the Area Org Chart and Maintenance and Software Budget.
  • Support employee projects and data management in our mytime and workflow systems.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on geographic location, education, skills, and experience. This position is eligible to participate in FM's comprehensive Total Rewards program, including an incentive plan, generous health and well-being programs, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work time off allowances, and much more.

**Requirements**

  • A high school diploma and equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5+ years of administrative experience supporting a work group or manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Work Environment**
