Job Overview
Vinfen is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

In this position, you will work collaboratively with the individuals we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to empower them with skills and resources to improve their quality of life. You will administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP), implement treatment plans, and assist with daily activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and writing skills, as well as experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury. A bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field is preferred but not required.
