Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Norwood, MA. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Administration Team, Area Director, and Equipment and Material Science group.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and distribute routine reports
• Plan and coordinate meetings
• Manage updates to Area Org Chart
• Maintain Maintenance and Software Budget
• Assist with employee projects and data management in mytime and workflow systems

The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year based on location and experience.
