Job Summary:
Serves as a first point of contact for customers by phone, as well as a liaison between external customers and medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls and assesses the urgency of the call.
- Triage and directs all calls according to established protocols.
- Provides exceptional customer service and support to patients and families.
- Serves as a liaison between customers and medical staff to ensure seamless communication and care.
