Job Summary:

Beauty Barrage is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Beauty Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand awareness in assigned markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive brand growth.
  • Represent Beauty Barrage and its client brands in assigned territories, building strong relationships with retailers and store staff.
  • Provide in-store product demonstrations, training, and education to enhance brand knowledge and sales.
  • Ensure product merchandising meets company standards and provide feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of in-store retail environment and beauty products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule to meet job objectives.
