Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Experience Manager to join our team at MiniLuxe Inc. As a key member of our client experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a loyal client base through personalized service and attention to detail
  • Act as a brand advocate, promoting our premium brand experience and services
  • Engage clients in service and retail offerings, ensuring seamless rebooking and upselling opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, adhering to MiniLuxe brand standards
  • Support nail designers with cleaning and station turnover between services
  • Optimize bookings for maximum client intake, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client servicing role
  • A warm and welcoming demeanor, with a passion for beauty and hospitality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and handling light cleaning supplies
