Senior Wealth Management Consultant

Location: Dallas, Texas

Position Overview:

The Senior Wealth Management Consultant is tasked with acquiring new clientele, enhancing existing client relationships, and expanding both internal and external networks to meet business development objectives. This role oversees the Client Management Process (CMP) and collaborates across the organization to deliver a premium client experience (BCE), ensuring access to the comprehensive services offered by the Private Bank and Bank of America to address unique client requirements. Client retention is a vital aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct the CMP within the client team to pinpoint new business development prospects.
  2. Identify and source new clients in accordance with established risk parameters.
  3. Guide the client team to foster meaningful interactions and deliver a cohesive client experience.
  4. Gain a thorough understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategies, remaining adaptable to shifts in the business landscape or client requirements.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects, providing integrated recommendations encompassing wealth structuring, credit solutions, banking, and asset management.
  6. Promote the use of digital tools to enhance both client and team experiences.
  7. Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external partners and influential networks.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in private banking or complex financial services, or a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Accountable for driving new business development within a target client segment with investable assets exceeding $3 million.
  • Present a holistic approach to clients, leveraging the full spectrum of the Private Bank platform.
  • A client-centric individual with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive leader who identifies opportunities for client engagement and acts accordingly for the benefit of the client.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Solutions-oriented with a solid understanding of sales and financial principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team specialists and other team members.
  • Possession of Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) licenses is required; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within a specified timeframe.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Post-Graduate Degree is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD are highly advantageous.

Work Environment:

This position operates on a standard first shift schedule, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
