Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at NexBank is responsible for delivering personalized lending solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role requires a collaborative and confident professional who is dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience. The SVP will manage client relationships, evaluating their borrowing needs and treasury management strategies. An ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a culture that values quality over quantity. This position reports directly to the SVP, Head of Commercial Lending.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through exceptional service, ensuring trust and understanding of client needs to offer tailored lending solutions.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and securing new lending and deposit opportunities from both existing and prospective clients.
  • Facilitate cross-business initiatives, such as deposit acquisition alongside lending relationships.
  • Comply with all risk management policies, regulatory standards, and security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in sales and a strong understanding of credit lending and banking principles.
  • Proven ability to meet a $50MM deposit goal within a two-year timeframe.
  • Established presence in the community with a robust network of industry referral sources.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Adept at thriving in an independent, entrepreneurial environment, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
  • Experience in lending is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is preferred.
