Client Acquisition and Business Growth

  • Drive annual revenue growth in essential product categories such as investment management, capital markets, and banking services.
  • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies aimed at attracting new clients across various industries.

  • Assess, qualify, and convert prospects into Private Banking clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for clients, providing strategic financial guidance.
  • Design and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies to strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Manage client expectations regarding the execution of financial strategies.
  • Ensure that financial strategies remain aligned with client goals and are regularly updated.
  • Communicate potential risks associated with financial and investment strategies.
  • Address and resolve all client inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Support team members in gaining experience and building credibility with clients.

Regulatory Compliance and Oversight

  • Adhere to all regulatory policies and control procedures related to client transactions and suitability.
  • Oversee compliance with critical processes such as Investment Objective Setting and Client Risk Profiling.
  • Ensure that client onboarding is conducted accurately and all necessary documentation is complete.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services sector, with a solid understanding of investment, banking, and credit products.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial industry and current market dynamics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, teamwork, and analytical abilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including sales, service, operations, compliance, and marketing.
  • Proficiency in utilizing computer and web-based applications.

Licensing and Education

  • Required Licenses: Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65).
  • A bachelor's degree coupled with relevant experience in financial services is essential.
