Job Description:

At Skydance, we're seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing ShotGrid, our production management tool. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company, pushing the boundaries of animation and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ShotGrid requests from production and supervisors
  • Collaborate with Production Technology teams to implement pipeline needs
  • Develop standardized workflows and best practices with film production teams and studio management
  • Manage ShotGrid fields and templates for tracking and reporting
  • Create high-level views of data for forecasting and pulling data from ShotGrid
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation

Requirements:
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Solid understanding of feature film production workflows
  • 5 years of management experience in feature or TV animation workflow
  • Working knowledge of ShotGrid in VFX/animation production
  • Strong computer skills, including ShotGrid, Excel, and MS Office
  • Experience with ShotGrid API for custom tool development a plus
