About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BBSI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business objectives and develop tailored solutions
  • Present BBSI's solutions and expertise to clients and negotiate agreements
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a related industry
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
